The Tour Director
CE’s professional Tour Directors accompany every school trip to guarantee quality and safety throughout the travel. Each tour director is hand-picked and closely screened and background checked. They are specially trained from the International Management Institute, solidifying their certification and candidacy as the top rated professionals in the field.
Overnight Security
All of our hotel partners are located in suburban/air-port locations and have a dedicated staff available 24 hours a day. In addition to the on-hand hotel security, overnight security protection can be contracted for your group. These dedicated professionals actively monitor the tour’s floor to ensure a safe and restful night.
Insurance
CE Tours carries a current and full liability insurance through The Berkley Group which protects organizations and travel participants in the event of injury or damage as a result of our negligence. Additional Comprehensive Travel Insurance may be purchased to enhance protection in case of travel cancellation/delay, medical protection, and baggage loss/damage. Signed participation agreements are required so that all parties are aware of the terms and conditions for safe travel. Background checks updated certifications/licenses are required for our Luxury Motor Coach vendors.
